Amm What is nice is that all Disney Owned Hotels are 3 stars plus although allot of the htoels are not within close walking range to Disneyland. The closest is the Disneyland Hotel which is right across from the entrance, then I would say Hotel New York, Newport Bay Club, Sequoia Lodge, Hotel Cheyenne and Hotel Santa Fe the rest of the htoels are further away even Hotel Santa Fe is a 20 minute walk to Disneyland although they do offer buses which drop you about a 3 to 4 minute walk to Disneyland park. The best deals you are going to find are going to be through Disney itself. Right now they are offering an extra day and night free here is that offer: . disneylandparis. co. uk/special-offers/extra-day-and-night-free. xhtml? They are also offering that if you book April 15th with a minimum 3day 2 night package and arrive 3rd April until 30th September 2009 you will get 40% off here is that offer: . disneylandparis. co. uk/special-offers/eb-offer. xhtml?Kids under 12 stay, play & travel for free that includes tickets and hotel here is the info for that . disneylandparis. co. uk/special-offers/kids-under-12-stay. xhtmlThat will save you some money ! Hope this helps you and Enjoy! *Jena
re: Paris, FranceFerdi Do NOT stay at Grand Hotel Republique horrible place aluthogh unfortunately it might be the cheapest place in the city for a private room (I think that's why we chose it) And I agree with everyone else that a few basic phrases will be sufficient. We had no problems when we were in Paris and only knew a few words of French. Seemed like practically everyone in that city was a tourist. Just be polite and don't cause a scene and you should be fine.
