Hey all! Onto the next country on my trip. New Zealand. So far it's been a gorgeous country with the mountains, lakes and me plummeting to my death. Did the big bungy today, was awesome. Am also seeing lots of Lord of the Rings stuff and tomorrow on to Milford Sound, then Franz Josef and on to Lake Wanaka. Keep leaving messages!

Fraser Island, Queensland

Fraser Island was great! Beautiful scenery, good group of people and massive flies! Camping was fun and being away from the city really helps you appreciate the stars. An entirely new sky when it's halfway around the world. Next stop is sailing in the Whitsundays. Hard to believe the Australia leg of my trip is almost over. Time flies.

Surfers Paradise, Queensland

Arrived in Surfers Paradise and I was excited. Another big city. I'd hate to admit it but I think that I am a city girl at heart. Sky rises and a beach close by the hostel. Definitly a change from Byron Bay which was laid back and slow. Everything seems faster here and there are theme parks! My favorite. Doubt it will top Sydney though, in Sydney there are cowboys!

On to stop number two of my world trip. So sad and heartbroken to leave Sydney, that city has given me some amazing memories, but it's time to keep going and see the rest. Byron Bay is very small and laid back. Will be going to Nimbin soon and relaxing on the Byron beaches. Talk to you soon! Leave a message for me.
