BEAUTIFUL day for driving through this part of Canada.. No snow, rain, ice.. just beautiful sunshine all day. Plus, only a 6 hour day. We could definitely tell we were getting into more civilization as well as we saw more traffic today than we've seen in the last 3 days of driving.
The landscape changed as well with no mountains, and more farmland and then industrial areas. The only wildlife we saw was one black bear alongside the highway.
Tomorrow we drive through Jasper and Banff Parks so hopefully the weather continues to be as beautfiul as today and we'll get to see some splendid scenery. The resort we're staying at in Banff is amazing with an outdoor hot tub that over looks the mountains. Hoping to get an early start to be able to enjoy the parks and resort.
