Exciting day, we head to the jungle :o) we had a flight out of quito on an airline called VIP :o) which had its very own terminal!!!! Was a tiny place but we had free coffee´s and posh sarnies. Tom overdosed on the vanilla cappucino´s while we chatted to a dear old couple called Jean and John (from England) …
The south american dream, by Lisa and Tom! Follow our adventures as we make our way around South America over the next 4 months. Starting off in Brazil's Sao Paulo and heading clockwise around Argentina, Bolivia, Peru, Equador and back down Brazils coast to Rio.
We'll be volunteering as teachers in a creche for 3-6yr olds, Dancing the Tango, trekking glaciers, exploring mines, lakes, salt lakes, the famous wine regions, trekking the Inca trail, exploring the rain forests, travelli…

We had our first camp!! The show concept and design is gonna be awesome! The Uniforms are LUSH and the floor is beautiful!!!!!!! All is good :-) Rosie is getting fat lol

Hi Lisa/Tom, Well the guard starts back in a couple of days and by the sounds of things they can't wait to get started properly. Senators won DCE the first British Corps to do so. Hope you are enjoying your trip and are safe and well. See you soon

Hello Hello, reading your blog it just sounds too amazing for words!! Rosie is good she is even maybe putting on a little weight !?!?!? perhaps me and Steve are feeding her twice a day lol I'll have to check that. TA is going well a few that are not turnign up but hey most people are keen, we have learnt all the dance warm ups and the flag basics. Weapons next tuesday :-D
Kidsgrove won DCUK (beat sens by 0.1) and they took High Guard so all smiles for Rich, Pete & Steve. They all have DCE this weekend I'm not going though :-( I have to work.
You have lots of post so I gave it all to Darren :-)
Everything is cool at the house, nothings broken down or anythign so far (touch wood!). Steve moves out weekend after next and I've not managed to find a new roomie yet :-(

So, our biggest news since our last post.. we now have an extra person travelling with us for the next 7 weeks. Her name is Nikki, and no Tom didnt pull her! She arrived at the volunteer house on Tuesday, was told she would be on her own on the placement for 3 months, so now she is travelling with us!!!!!! Its great for me, girly conversations, we both talk for england, so you can imagine Tom is regretting it already!!! ha ha
So we arrived in Buenos Aires today after nearly missing our flight as was sent to the wrong airport, was not impressed! however our flight was delayed 3 hours so managed to catch it ok, and apparently long delays are common Going to a rivers football game on sunday and i'm having tango lessons too, will post more soon when we've done more here!

Glad I found this site now, just as me and your dad are going on holiday. Glad your having a fantastic time on this trip, sounds amazing the water falls. We´ve updated our blog up to the weekend just gone, when we saw the awesome Iguazzu Falls that are absolutely amazing! We´ll get the pics up tomorrow as they take so long to download but some are on toms facebook for those who can view them. Hope your enjoying our adventures, so much more to come!

Glad you and Tom arrived safely. Rob was really interested in the Trolley Dollies on the plane - you know what he's like. Rob says all your work on ATP is s***e and you can have an extended holiday so don't come back.
