You never know what's around the corner........

Just under 5 years ago I was admitted to hospital as an emergency to be given the news that I had cancer and needed major surgery but the good news that I would be operated on that day.. Whilst my life would be different it could still be good ....
Following major surgery and the love and support of my family and friends I have recovered well but never thought I'd be able to do a long haul flight again and that my days of travelling worldwide were over.

So to mark this 5 year milestone , prove myself wrong and give others the confidence that cancer isn't the end of the world I'm off travelling to the Far East with my good friend Gill.

I've started packing....ordered 6 different currencies...got a Fitbit ... So watch this space ............
