re: Koh Lanta, ThailandSherry This makes me anxious just reading about it. Can't wait to see you safe and sound in FIVE days!!!
re: Phonsovan, LaosDave & Flo Amazing. I am learning so much about the world through your eyes. It's awesome. I need to sign up for the deferred leave and time it right for kids departure from school. :-) Can't believe you'll be back in Canada so soon. Time is so precious. Enjoy the rest of your time overseas. See you soon!
re: Phonsovan, LaosDave & Flo Sounds like you're still experiencing some amazing sights, sounds, cultures, people, etc.. An amazing experience for sure, and I look forward to hearing all about it again during our FRiday morning coffee breaks once you return! Can't believe you'll be back here in a month. Crazy!!
re: Siem Reap, CambodiaMom I will never eat porridge again and now I know wine just can't be trusted neither. What an incredible site...216 faces of oneself...that would make quite a headstone. Can't believe you will be home soon.... and we just can't wait. hugs from us as always
re: Siem Reap, CambodiaSherry Ugh. Shouldn't have read that at work. Sounds terrible, but I can see why you were compelled to go.
re: Phnom Penh, CambodiaJon and Jenny Stark Enjoyed your blog and also dinner/quiz night with you. Maybe Nike and some of the other rich companies could spend some of their massive profits on higher salaries for their Cambodian workers... currently less than $70 a month!!! Decided to fly to Vientiane, Laos on May 2nd.
re: Siem Reap, CambodiaMichelle ...and now I'm really, really hungry since I just spent my lunch hour reading your blog.
re: Siem Reap, CambodiaMichelle OK, you've made me a leaky faucet today. I've just moved the kleenex box closer.
re: Phnom Penh, CambodiaMichelle OMG, I missed it....Happy Be-lated birthday! I'm sure you and Cari had a great time celebrating.
re: Ho Chi Minh City, VietnamMichelle Just catching up to your travels and go figure, it's this blog that has tears streaming down my face. We are all so connected, yet so disconnected.
