This morning we left the ship and took a taxi to our Bed and Breakfast at 253 Rue de la Reine. After dropping off our luggage the host at our B and B drove us over to the Parliament Buildings to start our activities for the day.

A rainy morning to start our second day of sightseeing in Quebec. We are staying in a bed and breakfast in the old section of the city and will continue to enjoy the city. Hopefully The Sun will soon come out.

We had to say goodbye to our home for the past 11 days. We were very impressed with Norwegian for the service and the food. The ship was a little tired but just the right size.

When visiting Quebec City, the Governor General’s official residence is in the Citadelle. She visits about four times a year.

The grounds are very beautiful. Canons all along the perimeter that could shoot up to five kilometres away.
