Today we went to the beach. It was hot. We walked to the beach but my mum drove. I put my foot in the water but it was cold. Then Hannah and I played by the rocks. We saw a little fish and lots of sea grass. The sea grass nearly caught my toe. Then my dad went into the water. I went into the water too. Then I put my head in the water but it was too cold so I got out. Then Hannah and I had a sandcastle making competition. Hannah won but I wanted to win. After that we went for a walk in the town. It's a quiet town with small streets. We went a bakery and I had a croissant and a custard cake for dessert. I miss you class.
