Today we drove to Avignon. Avignon is a very old town it has a wall around it so the baddies couldn't get in. We went to a market to buy food for lunch. A lady spoke to me in French and I started crying and ran off because I was scared. We took our lunch to a park. The park was on a big hill. I climbed on some big rocks. We also saw some little lizards. There was a big place where a Pope used to live. Mum and I went on a double decker merry go round. We sat. Up ...

We were in Lyon. It rained all day. We bought an umbrella. We went to see a church up on a hill. It was big and nice inside. A tram took us up a very steep hill. We walked a lot it was freezing. I wore my Dad's raincoat to keep dry. We had pancakes. A French man made the pancakes while we waited. Mine had sugar on it. They were yum. We drove to Avignon after Lyon.

We left the chateau I didn't want to leave the chateau because i had some nice friends there. We drove to an old town ( Oradour-sur-Glane) that some mean people ( the Germans in 1944) burnt it after they killed most of the people. The town was left as it was and they built a new town next door. It was a sad place to go to. After that we drove to Lyon. We stayed with Josh and Khan. We out for dinner I had fish and chips.

Today we stayed and played at the Chateau all day. It was a sunny day. We went in the pool. It was cold and I only stayed in for 2 minutes. We had a BBQ for lunch. My Dad took our friend Raj to the train so he could go back to Paris. There was a pool table in the Chateau and I played on it 5 times with Zoe and Hannah. We also played soccer and hide and seek. Our friends from Singapore were staying close by. We went to their house for dinner. Khan cooked us Pasta....

Today is the day of Vicki and Sam's wedding. We got our hair done for the wedding I had curls and flowers in my hair. then I put on my flower girl dress because I was a flower girl with my sister.
