Nightlife in Seoul //

When it comes to nightlife - just as any other of the great metropolitan cities - Seoul has a lot to offer for every taste. Personally I've only seen a fraction of all the options and since it's a student life - I've mostly just seen bars and night clubs. The clubs and bars around Hongkik University in an area called Hongdae are mostly popular within students. Hongkik Club Day (www.clubculture.or.kr) happens on the last Friday of the month: W15,000 gets you free entrance to 13 clubs plus one free drink. Other popular areas are Itaewon and Gangnam where there are also a great number of foreigners as well as Koreans with high level English.

I will make a listing of the places that the students have enjoyed going out to and post it here. There are also few event promotion groups that I will be writing a bit about later on.
