When I'd originally booked my flight from Seoul to Kathmandu there was a night in the KL airport that I was happy to have considering the knock down in price compared to direct journeys. A couple days before the first flight though, the 2nd one was pushed back a day giving me a couple nights in KL. I arrived late the first night so was walking round like Hanks in Terminal for a bit, grabbed a bite and found a decent spot to get a few solid hours sleep in.

The next day I'd gotten a train in to the city centre and went to a couple temples, the oldest mosque in the city and strolled through the market replacing everything I'd lost in Seoul, though most of the replacements have fallen apart now... The sites in KL seem so conveniently placed and you can tick off loads in a day.

My flight the next morning was an early one so I figured staying in the airport would probably be the way to go about it, especially considering the cosy spot I'd come across to go for a snooze. That evening Shakira made it over to the airport to chill for a few hours. We got Nikhil on the burner for a bit of facetiming later on, splitting up the time in the airport nicely!
