Renee & Eamon enjoyed a last hour of play at the trampoline while Mum & Dad packed up and we departed Ebden, near Wodonga around 10am, and headed up the Hume Highway towards Sydney. Our first stop was Holbrook, where there's a nice bakery and also the submarine in the park to climb over. Our 2nd stop was a quick one at Gundagai and we made it into Goulburn around 3.30pm, so nice and early. We could have made it home, but thought we'd enjoy 1 more night and we'd never stayed at Goulburn before.
At the Governor's Hill Carapark, Renee & Eamon enjoyed the train set in the gardens, and a couple of great aviaries with nice birds. There was an interesting quintet of tin ants, playing instruments with Australiana hats on and country music playing in the garden too. The games room was a bit of fun, and overall the park was great and the owners particularly friendly especially with the children. There was a playground too.
We took a drive over to Hudson Park, the local little athletics oval, and did some running and discus training for the weekend coming up and came back for a relaxing final evening.
