Day whatever- heading home- survived dinner- closest table to bar but speeches put me to sleep early. Final wash up was chipped screen/ missing rear window sticker/ loose armrest/ stone dent on bonnet. Day 6 - we finished. Didn't win the category but did win my competition- most penalty points in field. Most infringements in one day & for the event. In car footage will show plenty- car airborne (2 tonnes) - car scrapping ground- same two tonnes just after airborne I think? Passing cars on tight stages & lots of tyre noise. Heading to official dinner after booking into a winery & lunch before the official dinner.

Day 5 - last day - the run to Hobart. Overnight the fairies bled the brakes on the car as they were a little spongy. Service crew didn't show - so thank you fairies. Decided to check coolant level but lots of people were looking under the bonnet & Russ & I weren't sure which lid was coolant so we closed it so we didn't look like idiots. Day 4 out of Strahan & back again. Penguin was out & about last night- dinner & drinks in someone's boat in the harbour & then at pub till closing. Day 3 has seen us successfully reach Strahan. Group meeting this morning ended with agreement to continue & not pull out as we discovered a stone chip in the screen. The offending Porsche driver who shot the stone at us was informed that he owed me half a screen at lunchtime & on the next stage launched his carrera into a gutter & stone wall- probably not a good time to hit him up for $300 replacement screen.
