Nikki and I flew to Denpasar on Fri 14th Sept and stayed in Legian at Sayang Maha Mertha and met Rachel, the three of us then travelled to Ubud (went to sacred monkey forest where the scary monkeys reside) up in the mountains, then accross to Lombok the next island along and on an excruicating journey in a tiny boat over to the gili islands. We stayed on gili air for 3 nights and gili trawangan for 4 nights. Did a bit of snorkelling in the crystal clear blue water over the reefs and it has made me want to do my dive course! We came back on Monday 1st Oct. Stayed in Darwin again and now i am in Broome all alone for the first time since I got to australia!
