after a week in the concrete jungle of Sydney we have moved our operations to a city called Newcastle (nothing like its english counter part - this place exports its sand to hawai!). We have now arrived in Sydney - which I have to say is my favourite city so far (except for Adelaide which isnt realy a city). we have been really lucky and landed completly on our feet. A German girl who we met waaaaay back in Lorne said there was space in an apartment she had previously stayed at, she mentioned it was awesome but....not this awesome! the place has a shared gym, sauna and whirl pool. the apartment itself has a huge widescreen TV, surround sound...

as my good friend Adele pointed out, I always seem to have something funny happening to me - not this time, I've had a relativly peaceful few days! Today we went to some caves, about an hours drive away - it was spectacular! however, i was annoyed at how commercial it was. There was no way you could get into any of the caves without paying at least 25 dollars and then you had to go in with a guide. its really annoying cause I could have spent all day looking aro...
