We woke, a little stiff, to an announcement that we were arriving in Sydney Central in 5 minutes. We'd found out yesterday it was the Mardi Gras parade today in Sydney so there was no room in the hostels. We got off the train, grabbed our bags and headed for the toilets for a wash. We woke at 6:30 and Lee jumped in the drivers seat. We drove to Ballarat, where there was a giant Koala and decided to stop here for breakfast. We went wild and got a mcmuffin. We headed on the South Eastern freeway towards Melbourne. The sun looked magical as it set behind us. The moon was huge in front of us. As we drove into Adelaide it reminded me of Edinburgh and Lee of Cambridge. It had old looking buildings and steep roads going up and down. There was a mountain range in the back ground.
