Hi All Well what have i been up to, last time i wrote I had just come back from trecking, I have finally recovered. I spent the next day wondering aroung Chiang Mai going to a few temples and walking along the river. I managed to find the tourist information center which had lots for information on the buses. that night i didnt do much I went to a local resturant and found some lovely food then and early night as was going to tranvilling along time the next day....

Oh my Buddha I actually thought i was going to die on that treck. Day one of three arrive at a nice eating area for lunch the we go for and "easy" treck (as said the company i booked with) it was 2 hours walking up a mountain on slippery rocks and one point i was climbing up a wall that was verticle. half way through i was so tired and was not looking forward to the rest of the climb but i did make it in the end it took us 3 hours to climb to the top....
