Phnom penh what a place, well i have met some people who i go sight seeing with today, starting off at the palace where there are lots of pagodas (temples) the actual palace is closed as some one important is visiting so we look around the temples,
after we go to the genocide museaum really depressing lots of photos of people and grafic pictures and while depressed we get a tuk tuk out to the killing fields where we see lots an lots and lots of dead bodies all boanes of people who were executed there really sad and hits you just how bad it was out here during the wart and the genoside, we head back in to town, not feeling to great combination of the journey and some dodgy food but a little sick sure you wanted to no but well drink lots of water and head back to my room for the rest of the evening , no dinner dont think i could keep it down reading my book and sat and talked to a couple i met on the trip to here, that happen to live in basildon how cool,
next day feeling a lot better but have decided to go to the beach and rest up for the week as travelling around is hard work lol so have got a bus to sihonoukville where it is all beach stil here a week after i arrived and havent done a thing the most i have walked is the 100 yards from my room to the beach to the bar to my room, except yesterday which was 150 yards to the boat which to me to a different beach and today where i went to the national park and saw monkeys, water here is so clear and there are lots of colourfull fish about,
off to sieam reap saturday to see the temples but now of to dinner,
speak to you all later whats happening at home nothing
lots of love
