hiya, yeah thanks mum, i am feeling better today, i think my two days of dry bread, energy drinks and air conditioned sleep seem to have done the trick, whist i still have the squits its not quite as urgent as it once was, still think my dry and bland menu will see out cambodia at least!!!!! Just as long as i can get through our 6 hour public bus journey tomorrow to Phonm Penh i'll be happy. Time in cambodia is alsmost over, just three nights in the capital then our bus journey to Ho Chi Minh City (which they still call Siagon over here), then back to bangkok. Mind you i think the most shocking is still to come with phonm Penh, visiting the killing fields and all.

Well i'm off for my one precious day on the beach, factor 30 at the ready and big sunhat!!!!!
