Hi everyone!

So we started off 3 and a half weeks ago in Singapore and have now travelled all the way round the Peninsular Malaysia, stopping in Melaka, KL, Penang, Kuala Besut, Long Beach - Perithian Kecil, Cherating and now back to Melaka because we like it here! Apart from a change in colour we have both also managed to pick up the odd travel bug, and Ben even managed to break his hand in KL! Not too bad though and tested it in the surf on Long Beach after two weeks and it seems OK!! As for photos, they seem to take a while to upload but will do our best and catergories them for each stop we've made!

Our favourite stop was without doubt the island of Perithian Kecil, we stayed in a beach hut on Long Beach, the island is only about a mile long and half as wide but has a handfull of great guesthouses dotted alond the beach and a small shop called Lazy Bouyz! Unfortunatley there was no money on the island so when we ran out we had to catch the small fishing boat to the mainland!

We have met many travellers on our way round and the odd Barmy Army member who no doubt we may bump into again in Oz on Boxing Day! We have just 7 days left untill we head on to Oz, so we have decided to stay in Melaka for the rest of our trip in Malaysia. So far we have swan with Elephants, worn snakes round our necks, had wild monkeys on our heads, oh and Ben has been attacked by a savage 11 month old Sun Bear Cub!! Little b***** nearly had my leg off, bless him, still, will make a nice coat for someone now! JOKE, dont worry, he's still alive as am i luckily!!
