Friday we arrived in Sapa at 6:00, we went straight to a cafe to warm up and use WiFi then headed to a travel agents to sort out what we want to do here. Tuesday we arrived in Hanoi at 19:30 after a long 27 hours, we were on a nice bus this time, a easy boarder crossing and we had double seats which meant a 27 hour cuddle! Friday, our drive to Luang Prabang was very scenic, we drove through mountains and beautiful small farming towns. Wednesday, the drive to Vang Vieng only took 3 hours however the driver was a lunatic so Laura moved seats as she thought she was going to go flying through the windscreen. Sunday we caught the 24 hour bus to Laos at 17:00, we quickly grouped with Evelien from Netherlands, Taylor from Canada and 2 French guys- us westerners sticking together! We had a not very good start with the drivers trying to get us to sit on s***ty wet seats so had a bit of an argument with them, they yelled at us and told us the good seats were for Vietnamese people... Racists! The bus got uncomfortably packed with Vietnamese people even sleeping in the isles...
