Jan told me that you were off exploring the world with your friend Louise and I am very excited for you both and I think this travel tales blog is great.
Hope you have a great time and I can't wait to see some photos on here...did you take one of the "poo" episode?

Watching the sun set over the Taj eh!! can't be bad - Alex had a complaint lodged due the breast cancer march in Canterbury the other week !!!
Have a new girl started - Gracie - picked up on the lovely NHS.net job that needed completing - seems strange to have somebody else here and not Pie - Do you know you were my first PA? God, that is going to be a difficult act to follow !!!!!
Miss you millions - will be putting some pennies into your account this week - say Hi to Lauren xxxxx

Ref my earlier message. For Augest read August and by the way, the rash on my neck, caused by the aforementioned pigeon do-do's is still being treated with Germalean daily. Fear not, I'm soldiering on and intend to return to work in the New Year (thats if the f...ing weather improves!) x

Hope that your trip continues to be a wonderful experience and that the Taj Mahal was inspiring. (How was the Shashlic?) To make you feel even better (as it always does when one is in hot and sultry climes) It's 16 degrees C here, dark and miserable with heavy rain. The 5 day forecast is equally negative. Augest was the dullest on record and Sept does'nt look alot better. However we have been promised some hail and thunder storms (theres even a 2 mile tailback at the Kingston bridge!) Hallelujah! (the Mail blames Gordon Brown. Shock!) Carly phoned and is missing you dreadfully, I'm still tidying your bedroom and as such, just missing you (I've found your key) Have a great time. Luv ya. Daddy (to Louise) 'Uncle' (to Lauren) x x

A pigeon shat on me today (& I had my black shirt on . . . bad!) Lauren, me, that must be a good sign, yippee, I'm so happy. Your first day sounds fab, have a great time and stay safe. As Coleridge wrote, His flashing eyes, his floating hair! Weave circle round him thrice, And close your eyes with holy dread, For he on honey-dew hath fed, And drunk the milk of paradice. Kubla Khan, must be a smidge Indian? Missing you, love you lots. Regards to the mighty Lodger. Daddy. x
