A late start for us today - our pick-up for the bus wasn't until 12:15pm and we didn't have to check out until 11:30. Day 2 at the Magic Sponge...we got up late today and ate breakfast at the bar while chatting to the manager, William. he's a really friendly American guy from Alaska and the perfect host for a guesthosue full of Westerners! We needed to find an ATM so he showed us where to find one that wouldn't charge us (the other one in town charged $4!) and he pointed out a few things to see in town. We'd booked a bus to Kampot at 12pm today so we got up early to have breakfast before checking out. Today we were up early for our visit to Choeung Ek, the scene of some of the worst atrocities ever committed. Our trip left from the agents where we booked it yesterday just after 9am. When we arrived at the killing fields, we were told we'd be there for 90 minutes and we headed inside.
