Long time no hear! So you are in freezing New Zealand now, hope you packed your woolies and thermal underwear! Thank you for the messages, we are in Auckland on the 18th July, we are making our way down to Christchurch in 3 weeks, how long are you in NZ for? not sure if we'll get to see each other I have a funny feeling you leave before we arrive or sonething... and in any case we'll probably be at opposite sides of the country... argh!

We won a jug of beer and some surfing lessons in the pub!! Kate hula hooped for the lessons which was great but because we're leaving at 9 tomorrow morning we have to somehow fit the lessons into our busy plan!

Love the pics of you in the blue mountains, 3 sisters in the background, I remember those very well and have pics just like yours!! Sounds as if Sydney was exciting. Josh and Kim are back from Cuba despite air cubana,s best efforts to keep them there, cancelled flights etc, and they have both developed the taste for cuban rum! he brought 3 bottles back and wont share any lol, Lauren is leaving on sat to fly to ny, where she will then go to Rhode Island and join the tall ships and sail to alaska, she was looking forward when i saw her last sunday, but she thinks the painted nails will have to go as may be a problem with all the riggings!!!
