It's all gone a bit quiet on this message board, hasn't it? Think you should do something exciting like join a sailing expedition round the South Island coast, or hire bikes and cycle north through the wilderness to Picton, or maybe just see how drunk you can get for twenty dollars. I did the first two when I was there but not the last; I got as far as twelve dollars, and then everything went hazy. But maybe the exchange rate was more favourable then. I was more sick doing the sailing, though. Hope all's well and tips are good! R (and R)

Am planning a bike trip with (Lucy's dad) John. Southport to Hornsea. Four days of cutting-edge travel, eh?
