Arriving back in Cusco in the mid-afternoon, I treated myself to a truly decadent concoction at one of Cusco's best restaurants: dark chocolate brownie topped with mascapone cheesecake and a liberal dollop of butterscotch sauce, finished with a blow-torched butterscotch lattice, all surrounded by coca-flavoured jelly!
