Left SFO @ 11:30 last night and arrived in Ft. Lauderdale for a 10 hour layover. My grandma, aunt & one of my cousins from Miami drove up to pick us up at the airport. However, before that we ended up walking about 4 miles in the dead heat of Florida in order to make it to a beach. We finally made it and Michelle got to swim in the Atlantic for the first time. Splish Splash in the ocean and then thunderstorm hits. Heavy rains and thunder are amazing in the tropics haha. Overall a long day, especially since I didn't sleep on the plane. But great last day in the country before heading out to Peru. Watching Argentina vs Netherlands so until the next post. Go ARGENTINA!
