South America, a vast continent with so much to see and offer. I loved my first experience here and cannot wait to come back and see the rest of the countries. During my visit in Peru, Bolivia, and Ecuador I saw and experienced so many wonderful things such as:
The World's highest navigable lake- Lake Titicaca
The World's highest inhabit…
To all my beloved family members and friends, this will be my travel blog over the next five months. I will do my best to update as often as possible, which is why this will act as my main point of contact. There will be many times where I will not have the ability to use internet or phone services and I would rather not try contacting numerous people through various sources. Please feel free to write comments/messages onto the blog, as I said I will do my best to reply and update a…

Lily Hi ! Thanks for this post, it's really useful for planning a trip up to the Ecuadorien beaches :) Do you happen to rembember the name of the dive school that took you ? Cheers.
re: Montanita/Guayaquil, EcuadorLessica Jittle I've been making slides for the 2nd floor ed slide show of your adventure pictures... this one especially had to make a debut. Miss you Lasch!!!
re: October 8, 2014Giana I finally got a raise at at work, and am looking for an adventure within a year. This makes a great case—even thought veggie options are scarce! Ummm, people take pictures of locals without asking?!?!?! Lastly, I think it's awesome that you visited Soraya's birth place! I hope you bring back some great stories for her.
re: Bolivia, Bolivialaschy Giana: I think we'll be doing a bit of farming and beach clean ups, so the guinea pig thing is only a small part haha. But there is also the ride your bike to work day but hardly anyone actually follows it haha. Danielle: Thanks for reading my blog & telling me about Cochabamba. We are doing our volunteer work through a site called workaway, so it's helping out a family as opposed to an organization. I love volunteer work but it takes up a lot of time & 3 months goes quickly for the amount we want to do.
re: Cochabamba, Boliviagiana Wish we did pedestrian day here ... Yay on the volunteering!! I hope you do something cooler than prepare guinea pigs to be eaten!
re: Cochabamba, BoliviaDanielle Cumberland I love reading your blog. Thank you for writing so much. It's so fun to read about your adventures. Can't wait to hear about your volunteer project. What is the organization for the project? Have a great time! :)
re: Cochabamba, BoliviaMa Yeo Oh now that's funny.....I know you were missing your princess beds at home.
re: Our Uyuni Travel Companions And Amazing Themed Beds HahaJoel I mostly picture your adventures in Peru looking something like this http://stream1.gifsoup.com/view4/1646782/emperors-new-groove-o.gif
re: Chivay/Colca Valley, PeruGiana Awesome!! Haha, I can totally picture you carving down that sand dune. Heel side is best? Sarah would DOMINATE sand boarding. Thanks for providing some backstory and perspective on your surroundings as well. As a reader, it's nice to a have a visual. Additionally, you do well maintaing your voice; as I read this, I can hear you saying it. Keep up the blogging! I'm so excited to read about all of your fabulous adventures.
