After a pretty tough hike, it was good to finally get to the campsite. Unpacked the swags then time for tea. A swag is kinda a canvas sleep bag with a foam bottom, put inside you sheet and sleeping bag and you are good to go. Spent the evening sitting round the campfire, few drinks and toasting marshal allows. Sleeping under the stars was pretty cool, the sky is so clear.

Left hotel super early headed to Alice Springs. Stopped of at Devils Marbles for a photo stop, pretty cool. Next stop was Wycliffe Wells, UFO capital of Australia, 5th in the world.

Bus day today, on our way to Tennents Creek. Swimming in a thermal pool on route then a traditional Aussie pub lunch. The pub is Daly Waters, the most remote pub in the world. Food was really good, Barra wrap, delicious. Then on towards the next stop. Dinner included with party games! Lots of these stops are fairly remote so it seems its often make your own fun. River cruise through Katherine Gorge, beautiful scenery and more rock art. Saw more crocs too!! Pizza party by the pool with booze from the bottle shop. No glass at the pool so drank from water bottles, classy ladies! Party had the potential to go crazy but was actually quite restraint.

More swimming in a pool at the bottom of the falls, awesome. Quite a long swim out but well worth it.
