Day 75 Daintree Rainforest, Queensland Early start today as we are being collected at 7:20 to be driven to the Daintree Rainforest in northern Queensland, one of the oldest rainforests on earth and a World Heritage site. Day 74 The Great Barrier Reef Well we needed to be up relatively early as we have a boat trip booked for the Great Barrier Reef but possibly not quite as early as we actually were. Day 73 Port Douglas Oh what a beautiful morning - sun, sun and more sun. A leisurely breakfast eaten outside looking at tropical plants with dappled sunlight playing upon the leaves of banana palms and some very strange plants that I have no idea what they are called.
