NYC was,as they say, 'AWESOME'. Managed to see/do everything on my bucket list and a few extra's too! Considering the fact that my Dad has a bad back and struggles to walk too long or stand 'in line' for long, we did bloody amazing. I didn't just fall in love with NYC, but it's people too. The New Yorkers are a credit to it's city and put Londoners to shame.
This all came to a crashing end when bad weather meant our flight was cancelled! So an overnight stay at JFK was on the cards. It was a long, boring and cold night. Airport seats are not built for sleeping on! When we finally had our flights rescheduled it included a stop at Atlanta. But Hey Ho, Nashville here we come.......
