Big sleep in this morning, I got up at 10:30 and Darren stayed in bed till 1pm! We had a lazy morning and breakfast then walked down to the station and caught the train back to the Valley. Had a bit of a walk around there, and a look at the markets, and had a pizza slice for lunch then jumped back on the train and went to Central Station. Had a bit of a sleep in today, toast and cereal for breakfast and then we headed into Fortitude Valley. Smiles drove us in and around Fortitude Valley and over Story Bridge, then she dropped us off and we looked through a few shops on Ann st and Brunswick st. An early start today at 8:00am. Breakfast of tea and toast, then Smiles drove us out to Redcliffe, where we got on the ferry for some Whale Watching. Headed out of Moreton Bay, past Moreton Island, and saw a few playful whales, tail slapping and breaching, etc. Got a bit sea sick around lunchtime with the 2 meter waves! Saw a few more whales, and apparently was a pod of dolphins too, that we didn't see, and then headed back into Redcliffe. Got some fresh fruit on...

Woke up around 10ish, relaxed in the SUN! Had omelets with mushys, tomato, capsicum and spinach and lazed around with a guitar and a nap on the couches on the deck. Headed to Brett's wharf and took the city cat into South Bank. Walked along the rainforest walk, and past the beaches and river etc, then headed to a cafe for a bit of lunch (pizza slices) and an ibis stole a girl’s pizza from her plate! Packed bags and had a few beers with Deedra before she drove us to the airport. Checked in around 3-3:30pm, had lunch (foccacia/meat pie and sausage roll), checked out the newsagent, and got on the plane. Watched some of a Pearl Jam DVD, did some crosswords/soduko's etc. Got off the plane in Brisbane around 7pm, and met Col at the baggage collection.
