Hi, how are you??? No messages for a few days??? We have found a flat, not unlike James Street, offer is in and I think they have accepted although we have had no official word. Think you will like it, has 3 bedrooms but we are going to use one as the living room as it is the biggest room and has a bay window to the front. Their living room will be our dining room as the kitchen runs off of it - all very complicated. Our bedroom will be upstairs in the attic space - big with dressing room. Not long until your home now!! I was going to buy some school uniforms for Lewie and Tess just to start them back. I won't get shoes though I daresay you'll be able to get them quickly when you get back. Is Shirley still in your flat?? What day are you back and what time? Cu all soon Love Mum/Gran xx

Hi, hope this finds you all well and still having fun. Have you managed to keep up with the football Lewie? Looking a bit different from expected!!! Are you learning any of the language Tess, I know you are good at that. I'm off to the theatre tonight, Strictly Dancing, so I'll be tapping my toes and pretending its me up there!!!
