left janine and laura and travelled to manta ray with jamie to do our dive courses! over next three days................ met a really nice guy called chris who sounds exactly like my brother!! he had been working on a crocodile farm in australia.....scary stories!! helen was on the island still with some other girls who were all really nice aswell! started my diving courses straight away ( me ,jamie and petra)....hard work as have to learn loads of skills underwater like taking the regulator (breathing bit) out of your mouth and taking off the mask underwater and then putting it back on! didnt like the mask bit at all as felt like i needed to breath through my nose when it was free. also your eyes sting like mad and you cant wipe them!! this is all 6m underwater too so you cant just pop to the surface if you dont like it! after two days i had conquered it though!!! went diving to a place called coral orgasm which was amazing!!! sheer coral wall....so many fish!! swam through a coral tunnel which was really good!! current really strong underwater though!! this was my 6th dive in 4 days so was really nice to be dry for an afternoon........sick of walking along beach with heavy equipment too!!! time to learn the theory next!! (which i passed 100% of course!!!!) spent the afternoon topping up my tan (and revising!)which is getting pretty good now!!!! cant go less than factor 30 though as soooooooo hot! after taking the exam we had some cake!!! mmmm sugar!!!! chef made it coz i asked him especially...was sooo good!!! decided this was a good time to be crazy and do a night dive!!!!!! a night dive!!!!!!!! only had torches to see!!! a bit scary but we didnt see too much!! after this amazing adventure we all decided it was time to get drunk! stayed up till 3.30 with a cool group of people (you know who you are!!!) played lots of drinking games and we have a new game called mafia! its sooo good...cant wait to play it back at home!!!
