Kori's Travels
Today we went to see the huge tors of Sillystani. They are tombs. The smaller ones made with smaller rocks are pre-Incan and the huge ones (6 meters tall) are of Incan stonework. There is a ritual area where people worshipped Andean gods, including the condor, puma, and snake- representing the upper, middle and lower worlds. Some Americans go to the nearby island to meditate and consider this a very spiritual place.
