After an adventous start to the morning at Montpellier Airport beng evacuated we were off on our way to London via Paris.
We finally arrived in London and were meet by our friend Linda who then took us by Tube through to our Hotel. We meet up with other Family and there childen and had an awesome night exploring Southbank and the entertainment. Kobi was very excited that we were stay accross from the "Big Wheel- the London Eye".
Monday was spent exploring the sights on the Big Red Bus , again joined by more family for the day. That arvo we went on the London Eye and got some great pictures and had a wonderful time looking at everything from a different perspective.
Tuesday we meet with Linda again and went off to watch the "Changing of the Guard" at Buckingham Palace. Kobi had front row viewing and was loving the bandsand the horses. He has told me he saw the Queen looking out her round circle window at him. After that we wandered down through the park towards Trafalgar Square where we had lunch, then a look around. Off to Hamley's ( 7 storey) toy store, where they encourage the kids (all ages) to play with the toys. Made our way back to the hotel then a quite dinner before calling it a night.
Wednesday was packing again and off to see Big Ben chime at 12noon and watch the Queens Floatiller come down the river Thames. Afew little souviners then off to the airport again.
Heathrow Airport is massive & security is tight- thanks for security screening Kobi's cream and then making me go and buy a travel container to put it in, even after it was explained that it was for medical reasons & showed you all the doctors letters. Lesson learnt: When traveling via Heathrow Airport ALL creams you require 200ml or over and you need to take onboard, get them prescription labelled. A valium calmed me down and off we went on our 12hr flight to Hong Kong.
Kobi was good on the plane, he slept abit but was rather uncomfortable and abit itchy.
Can't wait to get to our hotel room in Hong Kong and have a shower.
