We passed Nassau's police by showing our Sea Pass and passport. Atlantis, Paradise Island, Bahamas is a resort hotel complete with hotel, casino, and water themed rides. The rides are very good. Plenty of excitement riding the Serpentine Slide, Abyss and Lazy River among others. They also got a lot of swimming pools. Their aquariums also contain a wide variety of sea life. When my run started, the boat was already on the entrance of Nassau Port. The first landmark to be seen is the lighthouse. Along the beachline are resort hotels. They have white sands. The most identifiable structure is the Atlantis. I didn't know shar that was until now. Apparently it is a resort with water rides. The girls are going there the whole day. The rest of us are going to explore Nassau.

The ship dripped anchor offshore the island of Coco Cay. We have to take the tender boat from the ship to the beach. Coco Cay is a small island resort operated by the Royal Caribbean Cruises. They have a prepared list of excursions ready to be experienced all to be paid of course. They have snorkeling, paragliding, kayak, glass bottom boat, personal warercraft (jet skis). We has a great time doing the jetski activity.

My first run in an ocean. Haha. The ship has a 400m jog track. I was first to run at 5:45 AM. I guess all the night's activities made them all sleep late. Running in a ship sailing against the wind is a factor which slows you down but adds more effort to the run. By the time I finished, Tie Lily, Chuch and (surprise) Marlene were doing their laps.
