Ken's 2013 Summer
My first run in an ocean. Haha. The ship has a 400m jog track. I was first to run at 5:45 AM. I guess all the night's activities made them all sleep late. Running in a ship sailing against the wind is a factor which slows you down but adds more effort to the run. By the time I finished, Tie Lily, Chuch and (surprise) Marlene were doing their laps. I am now sitting down on a lounge chair drinking coffee watching them go by and yes - watch a Bahamas sunrise.
Have to burn the calories with all these food just waiting to be consumed. Calorie counting has long been suspended. Starting August will be Mission Impossible to shed the pounds. lol
