Hi everyone, glad you all are enjoying my photos. Today we got up really early and disembarked the Nile Cruise boat. We're now staying at a really nice Le Meridian hotel in Luxor. We went to the Valley of the Kings today, after the pyramids the Egyptians began buring their royalty deep in the mountains. We got to go into a few, they were very steep climbs and it was like a sauna inside, but it was worth it because the colors of the drawings are all preserved and very impressive. I got to see King Tuts tomb, which is one of the most recent discoveries and one of the few tombs that still has the mummy inside. After Valley of the Kings we went to the Karnak Temple, the largest in tact temple in the world. Very impressive. Well once again I must keep this short, I'm meeting the group for dinner at 8. We're having Italian tonight, yippee, I really need a break from Egyptian food, my tummy not happy. Kerry :-)
