Today we walked 14kms along a wide stretch of golden sand. We stopped for an early lunch and enjoyed our ham and cheese rolls while we sat in an old surf lifesavers hut with the beach to all to ourselves. After lunch we made our way into the National Park, towards the lake we headed. Out of the water we saw 3 unfamiliar animals. Brown, shaggy and the size of a pig. Chilled out in Punta Del Diablo. Claud and I ventured to Chuy with the hostel owners to get cash. BLOWOUT, home 6 hours later.

Ferry: La Boca - Colonia (AR $360.00pp for the ferry and the first bus) Bus: Colonia - Montevideo Bus: Montevideo - Punta Del Diablo (AR $417pp) We made our way up the coast to the famous beach Punta Del Diablo. After 10 hours traveling, off the bus and straight onto the back of a locals ute, who kindly dropped us outside our hostel.
