Ok so time to get everything updated. On Wednesday of last week we went to Movieworld which is quite good, but probably better if you\'ve got kids about the 10-15 age mark. There is an amazing showing at the moment of a Shrek movie in 4D - I won\'t spoil it for you but prepare to be a little grossed out! Thursday was Australia Day so we celebrated by starting the drinking and the barbie early and then we went to the beach in the afternoon. The beaches in Australia are so clean its amazing - getting dumped in the surf wasn\'t so cool though! Can\'t quite remember what we did on Friday, have a feeling it included a lot of lazing around... It was so hot I think I just ran out of energy! We had a great family meal on Friday night at our luxury B&B (check out the website http://babs.com.au/avonlodge/) and then on Saturday we went to the Eumundi markets, which are amazing, they have some new art talent there and some great bargains. Saturday night James and I went down to Brisbane to have a night out with our step-cousins. The night out was very good, and I had a stinking hangover on the Sunday - which was well-deserved. Even better was that we went to a pub... That\'s to say the Ettamooga pub which is pretty famous, but you can all look that up yourselves! We went back to visit the family who put all 8 of us up while we were hiding on Monday and did a little sight-seeing (visiting a shopping mall). Tuesday was a bit of a black day, we had a farewell lunch with Bob and Dell then headed to DFO (Direct Factory Outlet) near the airport as the plane didn\'t leave til 20.15, should\'ve gone to DFO at the start of the holiday as they had some amazing prices on stuff like billabong and quiksilver... Oh well! Then the family came to see me and James off on our flights and yes I did cry my eyes out (the customs office who told me to cheer up got daggers!!) I\'m gonna miss Australia and all of the family over there - but I\'m working on a cunning plan to go back asap!
