hey everyone, we are in brisbane now, only 2 nights though and we have already had one. Jo has caught my cold and is feeling pretty rough. We found out when we got here that it is much cheaper to go to australia zoo from noosa instead of brisbane. So today we went to an art gallery (free) they had an andy warhole exhibition but that was $20 so we decided against it. We could have gone to a museum, i think for free as well but neither of us had the energy to wander around.

We walked along the river to south bank where they have a manmade beach and lagoon. Some guy was doing magic tricks, he was awful, lots of inappropriate comments, especially for the children around. We each had a pastry slice thing and enjoyed just sitting. It was a shame i hadn't warn my bikini coz i really fancied a dip.

We are getting used to this self catering thing now, much cheaper. Not all the food we have cooked has been a disaster. Last night we had stir fry veg (yes mummy veg) and noodles. I am feeling fine today i just sound a bit silly still. Last night they had love actually on in the TV room so we watched that.

Tomorrow we go to noosa and after that we have our trip to fraser island.
