Today I woke up a bit as as I was still reali jet lagged. Carmen made me some breakfast and she was going to come with me to get thew bus into Central. Getting around in Hong Kong is so easy it cost like 30p to take the bus or the MTR train from one side of Hong Kong to other or even some of the other other islands. Carmen showed me around some of the areas like the IFC mall, little street markets and thew World wide Plaza. Carmen also showed me to anb internet cafe and after the she left me to write my emails. When I finished looking around I got the number 13 bus bk to Kotewall rd.When Wendy came back from work at about 6.30pm we decided to get the bus (number 56A) to Causeway BAy whichj also had a number of Oxford street sized shopping malls. We stopped in some shops with food in and she described what the various things were like chicken feet, duck, tongue, crab etc, of which the lady in the shop let me try a bit of everything. it was truly amazing. We also stopped at a fresh fruit place wer they squeeze the fruit for drinks. When Colin finished work we met him at the Yacht Club where he is afilliated as he has his own boat. Tonight it was wine tasting. We went in and tried 5 reds and 5 white wines from all over the place. I liked the New Zealand white the best. Mb havign the name two drinks Kirsty but toinyt I managed to stay on my feet. After the wine tasting we walked a little way to a Chinese restaurant and this time I had to put my chopstick skills to the test in public. We ordered omlette, prawns, duck pancakes, seabass. Delicious! After dinner we found our way bk and I went to bed
