Early morning flight for me and Fiona today down to Perth. It was actually quite a nice flight, we flew with Qantas which ment that we got fed on the plane as well. Wow that was tough gettin up this morning, could only hav had a few hours sleep. Feelin a little bit rough as well this morning which makes our hike around Kings Canyon even more daunting! Escpecially as the first part we had to climb was called Heart Attack/Cardiac Hill, and it was pretty steep, but we managed it! Clearly its the best way to get over slight hang over! Started off our day before dawn to do the base walk around Uluru. Didnt realise how nice it is to go for a walk a dawn, its just so fresh. So we had a pretty early start today as we had to get from Coober Pedy to Uluru in time for sunset and this is about a 700km drive which u can imagine would take a while!
