Me and Irene went for a wee wander round Darwin and then headed down to the lagoon for some sun bathing. Its really nice down at the waterfront , u can tell its quite new but will b pretty awesome when its finished. There r flats and a hotel down there with cafes and shops. I was not impressed at having to get up early for this job interveiw and do b perfectly honest i dont even think i had hit the hang over stage yet, i was still steamin :S not good when i also had to move my stuff out the room because i had to move rooms because i forgot to book another week! On the way to the interview i must hav eaten nearly a whole packet of mints to try and get rid of the smell of alcohol, not sure if it worked or not but i got the job anyway!...

So am i'm totally skint i started serious job hunting today. Ended up chattin to the folk at reception when i was printing out my CVs and the guy printed off 20 of them for free for me which was good as it saved me a bit of money! Think i must hav gone into just about every cafe and bar in the centre of Darwin and handed out 17 CVs which i figured was pretty good going for my 1st day. Finally got a wee bit of a lie in which was nice. So my mission today was to get my bag back and check my emails. Getting the bag back is seemin to b slightly harder than i expected but i'm sure i'll get it eventually! Its the last day of our tour today :( We stopped off in Katherine for a supermarket stop, as if Darwin doesnt hav any, it does in fact hav 2!
