We had a few days in KL and spent our time sightseeing. We went to the Petronas Twin Towers, the markets, china town, and the parks. One day we went to Bukit Bingtang and Times Square which was a huge shopping area full of McDonalds and Pizza Huts!

After a long journey we arrived in Jerantut and from here we got a small boat up the river to Taman Negara - a national park in the heart of the jungle. This took 3 hours but was really relaxing and beautiful. After finding a hostel, we went for a trek through the jungle and went on a canopy walkway! We have had a great few days on the smaller of the 2 Perhetian Islands. The beach is really beautiful. The islands have just opened after the monsoon season and it is very quiet and very very cheap! We have been hanging out with Archie and Paul from Britain and Robyn from Canada. Our days are spent sunbathing on the beach, and the evenings are spent eating and drinking on the beach!

We have really enjoyed our stay at the Cameron Highlands. It is quite high up in the hills and the temperature is cool. Today we went on the Mossy Forest tour which was fun, and met Jo and John - 2 sport scientists! Father's guest house where we are staying is a great place to chill out.
