After partying it up till 5 in the morning on our last night in prague we weren't to sure we would be able to make it to Austria the next day! But we managed to get up at 8 and drag ourselves to the train station, but as things never run smoothely we you want them too, we ended up missing the train because it was at a different station- not that anyone had told us this when we reserved our ticket!! Anyhow, after waiting 5 hours doing nothing at the station we managed to get the second train.
When we arrived in Austria it was absolutley heaving with football fans, and because of the football it was next to impossible to find any accommodation! We rang round about 10 hostels and finally managed to get one for 20 euros- we weren't too impressed with the price but we wanted a bed!
Austria was absolutely amazing, everyone was really friendly and there was a really good vibe- even if the prices for everything was extortionate- We did a lot of walking and getting lost and ending up right were we started but it was fun. On the last night we went to the fanzone where thousands of people go to watch the football(spain v italy), everyone was dressed up and it was a good night- even though we were hoping Italy would win!
All in all we are skint tired, but have enjopyed every single minute!
Next stop is Rome..............
