We got the train to Surfers, which was actually pretty cheap. Public transport is much cheaper! We checked into the hostel and then went to book our surfing lesson for the next day. We got there just as one was starting and they said it was a good day for surfing so we had the lesson there and then. It was awesome and we both managed to stand up on the board for a bit...not long though! The lesson was for two hours. I was knackered when we got back so I fell asleep.

The day after, it was raining so we couldn't go to the beach. We wandered around the shops and then went bowling. We couldn't do much else due to the rain. Surfers is a really cool place, full of bars and stuff but we're on a budget so we couldn't go out. Even though we had people come into our room both nights we were there and try to get everyone to go out.
