Monday, 15 June. The day we leave Cape Town. After numerous countdown calendars and multiple To Do lists, the day had finally arrived. We woke up to rain... and a pile of wet laundry, waiting to be dried. The tumble-dryer which we have never switch on had it's 5 minutes of fame as we tried to get the laundry dry so we could pack the last of it into our backpack. Oh, the last of the packing. The seemingly small pile of things sitting on the bed to be packed last...

So it all began with a relaxing weekend with my parents up in Joburg. We were all packed and had gotten rid of all of our stuff. Those last few days in Cape Town were CRAZY so some days lazing around was just what we needed.My parents and brother took us to the airport on Monday afternoon.
