Well what can I say apart from I love it here. The camper van is wicked and i'm living driving it around, on all the NarrowMountain and coastal roads. So far we?ve spent three nights in it and were having fun. While in Rotarian I visited a MaoriVillage and had the most amazing night ever. We had to offer a chef to the warriors and wait to be accepted before we were allowed into the village. Once inside we were given an incite into there way of living and watched while a tattoo was being performed the old fashioned way. After the tour, we got to experience some singing and warrior dancing. After all of that it was time for dinner, and I loved it all. It had been cooked in a honey over for five hours. The most amazing meal i've eaten on this trip. I?m now wearing a bone necklace which symbolized a new beginning in harmony. The memories of that evening will stay with me for ever and I can?t wait to share them with everyone. The next day we went to look at some of the nature hot spring and mud baths, they were amazing but very smelly. Rotarua has a distinct smell of sulphur in the air....Lovely. Well i?ve had an amazing couple of days and now were off in the van to another location to do a skydive.
